Hope you will like the recipe [b][u]Ingredients[/b][/u] * 50g butter * 75ml honey * 250ml plain yogurt * 1 large egg * Grated rind of 1 lemon * 50ml lemon juice * 150g plain flour * 175g wholemeal flour * 1 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda * 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg [b][u]Cooking Method[/b][/u] 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degree celsius 2. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or use paper cases. 3. Melt butter and honey in a saucepan. 4. Whisk yogurt, egg, lemon rind and juice together. 5. Add the butter and honey mixture. Set aside. 6. Sift the other dry ingredients in another bowl. fold them in the yogurt mixture to blend. 7. Fill the prepared cup 2/3 full. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top spring back when touch slightly. 9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Easy? Well, normally I will bake these for my children to bring to school. Sometimes I readjusted the recipe to suit my taste.So can you. :) I will try to bring more delicious recipes for you to try. 9. Serve with mint leaves (optional)

[b]Ingredients[/b] :kiss: * 19g bird's nest * 1 Hawaii papaya * Rock sugar (depend on yr taste0 [b] Cooking Methods[/b] 1. Soak bird nest in hot boiling water with cover for 4 hrs. 2. Remove and drain, 3. Pour the boiling water over the bird nest again and repeat step 2. 4. Wash rock sugar. Then cook with 1 1/2 cup of water to form syrup. Strain. 5. Put bird nest in steaming pot. Pour in the syrup. 6. Cover and steam for 2 hrs. 7. Halve Hawaii papaya to form boat shape. 8. Remove seeds, pith and small amount of flesh. 9. Pour in stewed bird nest. 10. Cover and steam for 1 hr. Eating bird nest can help to make your skin smooth and makes a wonderful dessert. So try it since it is easy! :thumbsup:

[b]Baked Apple with Cheese Sauce Recipe[/b] Bake the whole apple and pour cheese sauce over the top, like snow over a mountain.:blink: [b]Ingredients[/b] * 4 Apples * 4 tablespoon sugar * 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon * 2 tablespoons butter * 1/2 cup hot water * 1/2 tablespoon butter * 150g Mascarpone cheese (fresh cheese in Itlay - known as Tiramisu) * 4 tablespoons milk [b]Cooking Method[/b] 1. Core apple. Do not remove bottom. The apple is still as a whole with a hole in the middle. 2. Prick apples with a wooden toothpick. 3. Combine sugar and cinnamon. 4. Pour the cinnamon sugar into hollow cores and placed butter on top. 5. Pour hot water and butter over apples. 6. Bake at 180 degree Celusis for 20-30 minutes. 7. Cool slightly and chill in refrigerate. 8. Stir in Mascarpone cheese in a bowl until soft. Gradually add milk. 9. Put chilled apples on dish. 10. Serve with generous dollops of cheese sauce. Adding fresh ginger to the food and drinks on regular basis may help to overcome nausea and motion sickness.[b]Sweet Potato in Ginger Syrup[/b] [b]Ingredients[/b] * 350g orange or yellow potatoes * 1 litre water * 1 cm ginger, thinly sliced * 1 pandan leaf, tied in a knot * 80-120g caster sugar (depend on sweetness you want) [b]Cooking Method[/b] 1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices 1 cm thick 2. Cut the strips 1 cm wide and slice diagonally to form diamond shape. 3. Rinse sweet potato pieces. 4. Then placed in a medium-sized pan with water, ginger and pandan leaf. 5. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook until the sweet potatoes are tender. 5. Remove ginger and pandan leaf 3. Sweeten to taste. 4. Serve warm or cold. :D
