Mixed Fruit Beancurd Pudding for your mum ! yummy :P This contains two portions : beancurd at the bottom and syrup & fruits on top. [b]Ingredients for bottom[/b] *3-4 teaspoon agar-agar powder *1000ml water *400ml soya bean milk *200gm castor sugar *100ml evaporated milk *1/2 tin mixed fruit cocktail [b]Ingredients for top- syrup[/b] [b][i]Boil all ingredients and let cool.[/i][/b] *2 teaspoon agar-agar powder *500ml cocktail syrup *1/2 teaspoon instant jelly * Little poppy seed *Few drop of yellow colourings [b]Cooking Method for the bottom[/b] 1. Boil agar-agar and water. 2. Add in soya bean milk and sugar and cook for a while. 3. Add in evaporate milk and mixed well. 4. Pour the mixture into small cup 5. Put mixed fruits and syrup on top 6. Let it set in refrigerator. 7. Ready to serve Hope all mothers loved this!!!

[b] Ingredients[/b] [b]~ Part A[/b] * 1 tablespoon agar powder * 400ml water * 120g sugar * 100ml coconut milk * a pinch of salt * 1/2 teaspoon pandan essence [b]~ Part B[/b] * 1 tablespoon agar powder * 550ml water * 150g sugar * 100g red bean (boiled until soft and blended to fine paste) * 1 teaspoon red colouring * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence [b]Cooking Method[/b] 1. Prepare Part A ~ Boil all the ingredients. Keep hot over low fire 2. Prepare Part B ~ Boil all ingredients. Keep hot over a low fire 3. Pour in a ladle of part A . When the agar-agar is half set, pour in a ladle of part B. 4. Repeat process no. 3 till both mixture A & B are used up completely. 5. Lean to set over night. 6. Remove the agar agar from the mould. 7. Ready to serve. Enjoy!!!!

This is a simple recipe that will give you and your kids another delicious dessert. Kanten is the japanese name for Agar-agar. Try it!! [b]Ingredients[/b] * 1/2 agar-agar stick(4g) {Soak in plenty of water overnight) or 3 tablespoons of agar-agar powder * 1 cup milk * 2/3 cup water * 1 cup sugar * 1/2 cup sugar * 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract [b]Cooking Method [/b] 1. Squeeze water out of kanten, tear into pieces. 2. Put the pieces into a saucepan with 2/3 cup water. 3. Simmer until kanten dissolves, stirring constantly. 4. When the mixture comes to boil, add the sugar. 5. Add milk and mix well. 6. Add in the vanilla extract. 7. just before boiling, remnove the pan from heat. 8. Leave to cool for a few minutes. 9. Pour the liquid into mould 10. Chill until set. 11. Remove from mould. 12. Ready to serve. Please note that if agar agar powder is used instead you can just add the powder, sugar and water and simmer until they dissolved. Skip the step 1 and move to step 2 onwards. Enjoy!!Another dessert added!

[b]Sugar cane & Soy Bean Milk Pudding [/b] This is a recipe that help you to "cool" down your system and it is delicious too! [b]Ingredients:[/b] * 100ml water * 1 1/2 tablespoon agar-agar powder ( agar-agar powder is made of seaweed) * 80g sugar * 600g pure sugar cane juice * 300g pure soy bean milk [b]Cooking Method :[/b] 1. Cook water, agar-agar powder and sugar in a saucepan till dissolved. 2. Pour in sugar cane juice and soy bean milk and mix well. 3. Make sure the liquid in the saucepan boil. 4. Remove from heat, stirring constantly till almost cold. 5. Pour into pudding mould and chill in fridge till set.
