Overweight and lack of energy to do things has been a common problem with many of us today. How do we solved the problem? Popping a diet pills, drinking slimming tea, reducing the food that we are eating and so on and on are the methods that we adopted inorder to keep our weight down. Some diets worked and after a while our size double when we went back to normal diet. Some do not even worked and one thing for sure, our body are affected in one way or another. Sound familiar? Many people have the wrong ideas on slimming norms.....I here to help you to clear the doubts! :smartass:[b]When you eat affect your weight?Are u sure?[/b] Absolutely. Eating late supper before sleep is the worst enemy of successful weight control. The body does not have enough time to metabolize and break down the engery produced by the food. Such energy turns into fat for storage. Thus, you should refrain from eating any food 2 hrs before sleep. [b]Can I lose weight by not eating any rice?[/b] Actually, meat and other dishes contain a lot fat. Whereas, a bowl of rice contain just 240 calories. Therefore, eating dishes and not rice not necessarily help lose weight. [b]Does skipping breakfast help weight loss? [/b] :no: Absolutely not. Breakfast provides the first input of energy for consumption during the day. So it is important you should eat more in terms in quanitiy and variety. As for lunch you should eat 80% or less and 60% for dinner. Or better still, just salad for your dinner. Remember to eat and chew slowly so to allow your brain to generate the feeling of fullness. [b]Eat bread rather rice will help in weight loss?[/b] Bread not only contain starch but also other ingredients which are high in calories.
